The College maintains a personnel record of every employee. You have the right to examine your folder once each year and when an action is taken against you.
The viewing must be by appointment with your Personnel Office in the presence of a designee of the College. You may request the presence of your Shop Steward.
You may make copies of materials in your folder, write rebuttals or explanations, and attach them to documents in your file.
Your folder should not contain adverse materials of which you did not receive a copy or have not initialed.
